Privacy, in plain words

A short version while Queenie is in early access. A full policy replaces it before launch. Last updated 1 October 2026.

What we keep

Your email address, so we can send sign-in codes. The images and videos you make and the photos you upload, so you can come back to them. Your chips, orders and payment references, so the numbers add up.

Who can see it

Only you. Things you make stay private unless you create a share link, and a share link stops working after 30 days or when you revoke it. Our staff don’t look at what you make unless you report something or a takedown needs it.

Cookies

Two that matter: one keeps you signed in, one protects your requests from other sites. A few small ones remember the language you picked. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Leaving

You can export or delete your data from your account page. Or write to hello@queenie.app and a person will do it for you. See also the terms.
